Seaco Construction is an approved restoration contractor with
The Auto Club of Southern California, Safeco Insurance, and First
American Specialty and Property Insurance Company. Working with
these nationally recognized companies has given Seaco a reputation
of quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Seaco Construction's other divisions, Large Loss / Commercial,
and Property Maintenance & Repair, provide specialized services
to building owners, property management companies, and Large
Loss insurance adjusters.
Seaco Construction has a full service cabinet shop in their
Garden Grove office. This allows for custom cabinet repairs and
replacement at a reduced production time, than would be available
through outsourcing to other cabinet shops. Seaco Construction
specializes in saving granite countertops when the cabinet underneath
requires replacement (Water & Mold Damage etc.). This is
a cost affective approach when the granite or marble is one of
a kind and allows the property to be restored in shortest time
possible. The reduced production and repair times have enhanced
customer satisfaction. Seaco Construction has received awards
for being in the top five vendors' for Quality of Repair, Quality
of Service, and Repairs Completed When Promised. The awards were
determined by data from an independent survey company "Autochex"
who randomly survey Seaco Construction clients who have insurance
repair claims in progress.
